4. Prepaid Plans

STAR11 offers various prepaid plans designed to meet different requirements. These plans are one-time payments and are not auto-renewable. Once a plan is purchased, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

5. Plan Expiry and Access

Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your purchased plan's validity period. After expiry, your account will automatically switch to the Free Plan, unless another plan is purchased.

STAR11 is a digital service. No physical products are shipped. Upon successful purchase of a plan, access is granted immediately, with no shipping or delivery process involved.
